A way forward, one choice at a time.If This Sounds Familiar
You care about your health. You're already putting effort in—and still don't feel the way you want to feel.

You may have changed what you eat, exercised, fasted, tried supplements, or followed different health advice.
Low or inconsistent energy, brain fog, cravings, digestive discomfort, or skin frustrations may still be part of daily life.
You may feel weak or physically deconditioned, struggle with consistent routines, or feel unsure what works for you.
You're motivated to question what's not working and take an active role in changing your habits.
You don't need to be perfect. You do need to be willing.

There is no single script for every woman. My approach looks at the different parts of daily life that shape how you feel and gives you space to learn, try, reflect, and adjust with guidance along the way.

My approach emphasizes nutrient-dense whole foods and is informed by primal, animal-based, and carnivore principles. We look at food choices in the context of your own life, preferences, and feedback.
Movement is about becoming more capable—not simply burning calories. We look at physical activity, strength, and practical ways to make movement part of your life.
Sleep, recovery, stress management, and everyday routines help create the foundation that makes healthier choices easier to maintain.
You will learn to pay attention to your body's feedback, reflect on what is working, build self-accountability, and make more confident health decisions as you move forward.
How We Work Together
This isn't a rigid, one-size-fits-all program. Our work together is a process of experimentation, implementation, reflection, and adjustment.
We'll meet weekly to talk through what's working, what's not, where you're getting stuck, and what your next steps should be. You'll leave each session with clear, realistic actions to practice in your own life, and we'll continue building from there.
My role is to walk beside you—providing guidance and support, helping you strengthen self-accountability, and creating a space where you can learn, adjust, and keep moving forward. Your role is to bring that work into your own life: experimenting, practicing, reflecting, and following through between our sessions.

For years, I thought I was doing what I was supposed to do to be healthy. I had struggled with my health since childhood—from digestive problems and fatigue to acne, painful periods, and eventually a PCOS diagnosis—and I learned early to think of those problems as things to manage. As I got older, I tried harder. I spent years as a vegetarian, exercised regularly, restricted carbohydrates, fasted, and pushed myself through demanding workouts. At one point, I was doing more for my “health” than ever before—and I felt burned out, weak, mentally foggy, and frustrated that so much effort still wasn't giving me the results I was working for.
Then, through what I believe was God's guidance, I was introduced to a radically different way of thinking about health. I began questioning much of what I thought I knew and rebuilding my approach around nutrient-dense whole foods, strength and purposeful movement, recovery, stress management, and my body's feedback. The difference was profound. I went from struggling to stay awake during the day to experiencing steady energy. My digestive struggles and skin problems dramatically improved, and over time I became stronger and more capable in my late twenties than I had been as a teenager. For the first time, health stopped feeling like a constant uphill battle.

That experience is why I became a certified health coach and earned my degree in Exercise Science. I know what it feels like to be genuinely trying, doing everything you think you're supposed to do, and still wondering why you don't feel well. My coaching is about helping you understand what you're doing, why you're doing it, and how to build changes that make sense in your own life. It's for women who are willing to get curious, question what hasn't been working, and take ownership of their health—even when that means thinking differently.
I bring together my education, coaching training, personal experience, and a primal approach to health to help you turn what you know into changes you can actually live. Together, we focus on nourishing your body, getting stronger, prioritizing recovery, and building habits that support the life you want.
I won't promise you perfection or a quick fix. I will walk beside you as you learn to work with your body and discover just how capable you can become.
